Orders shipping directly from our vendors may take longer depending

on shipping demands

Some items require assembly

We ship Monday-Friday and do not count weekends or US Holidays as

business days.

Once an order is placed we cannot make cancellations.

We will consider refunds or exchanges on a case by case basis for damage.  Please document damage with photos.
