Consultation:

$200

-Sometimes what you need is another set of eyes on your project. This is your opportunity to talk thru decisions whether it is a remodel, furniture placement, paint colors, or simply ideas on how to refresh or update your space. Grab your notebook and take notes as we talk thru options with you. (The Urban Coop will provide feedback and ideas. Sourcing is not included in consultation)

Virtual Consultation:

$200

Is distance or a busy schedule preventing you from booking a consultation? We have you covered! Virtual consultations are available! Just like an in person consultation we will talk thru-design concerns you have and give you ideas and direction for your space! (FaceTime is preferred, zoom calls can also be arranged)

Decorating/Styling:

$100 per hour (Plan on a 4 hour block of time scheduled after initial design consultation)

-If you are ready to update and refresh your current space and would like to have a professional do it for you, this is what you need. We will bring treasures from the Coop, incorporate your own pieces and re-arrange furniture and accessories to create a fresh new look in your home. This is your HGTV moment! ( Clients should have a budget for new items to re-fresh space. A 20% discount is given on Coop merchandise for styling)

New Construction/Remodels:

Bid Project (Following Design Consultation)

-You are building or remodeling a home and need help developing a cohesive look, The Coop will select colors, lighting & materials as well as offer general contractor recommendations.

(20% discount offered on special order and in stock merchandise purchased from The Urban Coop for your design project)

Furniture Selection & Room Design/Spacing:

Bid Project (Following Design Consultation)

-The Coop will source furniture, rugs, accessories, provide a virtual floor plan to aid in space planning, and finish by styling your space!
